Hey what the heck?!!? Where's the garlic in this recipe? You can't make knots without garlic!

So I have to know...if YOU were going to add garlic here, where/how would you do it? :-)

We taste-tested last night! Very yummy, although not sure what I did wrong, I baked at the max time and they were still very doughy in the middle. Should I bake longer, roll thinner, up the oven temp? All three?? Let me know, oh kitchen genius. :)
