Yum!! I had this exact same train of thought the first time I made stuffed shells - "ick that sounds like a lot of time" - but it's really not bad. I'll have to try this version. I have a mexican meets mac and cheese recipe for stuffed shells I'm hoping to try soon and it's a weight watchers one - score! :)
