I came across this recipe on Annie's Eats and as soon as I saw it was from Cooking Illustrated, I knew it would be a hit. It was oh so very delicious! It will definitely be put into my rotation of recipes. It was full of flavor. I especially liked the turkey Italian sausage that Annie decided to add. Very good choice! I can see it being just as good though without the meat. Since TC and I won't finish a 9x13 pan, I decided to cut it in half and it was still more than enough. It will feed us for two more meals. If you are feeding a crowd though, it will surely please them! Bon Appetit!
